Alireza Salami

Dr. Alireza Salami is a Professor in the Department of Psychology at Florida State University. He earned his Ph.D. from Umeå University in Sweden in 2012. His research focuses on understanding the neural mechanisms underlying cognitive decline and individual differences in cognitive aging. He combines advanced MRI and PET imaging with cutting-edge computational approaches to investigate how changes in brain structure, function, and neurochemistry contribute to cognitive aging.
