The Institute for Successful Longevity (ISL) is pleased to announce that the Esther & Del Grosser Scholarship 2026 will open for submissions on February 1, 2026. This $1,000 scholarship supports graduate student research that aligns with ISL’s mission to advance successful longevity and aging-related research.

The scholarship is open to graduate students nominated by their faculty advisors. Previous winners of the Esther & Del Grosser Scholarship are not eligible to receive the award a second time.

Faculty advisors who wish to nominate a student may submit the required materials through the Esther & Del Grosser Scholarship application website by clicking Apply Here.

 

All submissions must be completed no later than Monday, March 2, 2026, at 11:59 PM (GMT). To apply, advisors must log in to the application website using their FSUID via the menu in the upper-right corner of the page. Once logged in, an Apply button will appear. The following complete information is required for consideration of this award: 

  • A one-page letter from the student describing how their research contributes to ISL’s mission, as outlined in the “Our Goals” section of the ISL website.
  • A letter of recommendation from the student’s advisor highlighting the student’s accomplishments and qualifications.
  • The student’s curriculum vitae (CV).
  • A high-quality photo of the student (to be used if selected as the award recipient).
