Fourth Annual Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Symposium

The Institute for Successful Longevity is a co-sponsor of the Fourth Annual Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Symposium, August 17 at Westminster Oaks in Tallahassee.

Presenters will be Nicholas Castle of the University of Pittsburgh; Joseph M. Mylotte of the University of Buffalo; Leonard Hock of Harbor Palliative Care and AIM, TrustBridge Health; Robyn I. Stone of LeadingAge; and Rosalie A. Kane of the University of Minnesota.

The symposium begins at 8 a.m. with a continental breakfast in the Maguire Center of Westminster Oaks, 4449 Meandering Way.

Registration is $65, and five continuing education contact hours will be offered.
