Walter Boot honored with APA’s Earl Alluisi Award for Early Career Achievement

Congratulations to ISL Faculty Affiliate Walter Boot, who has been honored with the Earl Alluisi Award for Early Career Achievement, given by Division 21 (Applied Experimental and Engineering Psychology) of the American Psychological Association.

The award is based on evidence of contributions to the field of applied experimental/engineering psychology by virtue of research and publication, special new contributions (e.g., equipment or techniques) or contributions to theory.

Dr. Boot is an associate professor in FSU’s Department of Psychology.

With nearly 116,000 members, the American Psychological Association is the largest scientific and professional organization representing psychology in the United States.
